Shipping policy

We typically ship orders within 1-7 business days from California to anywhere in the United States. We are not currently offering international shipping.

Products not designed and created in-house are sourced from wholesale partners, delivered to our workspace and processed before being packaged and shipped with care.

Shipping times may vary depending on your order, location and shipping service selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 1-14 days in the United States.

If you submitted an incorrect shipping address with your order contact Bolita as soon as possible at hello@bolita.store or by using the contact form with your order number and correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, unfortunately we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If your package was shipped via USPS, you can attempt to redirect packages to a new address or hold them for pickup at a Post Office location using USPS Package Intercept. This service also offers a “return to sender” option and we can re-ship it back out to you. Please note that this service is not a guarantee, includes a fee, and can cause weeks of delayed delivery
