Do you accept order cancellations, exchanges or returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, all items are final sale. This policy helps us stay efficient as a small business with super limited inventory. We thank you for your thoughtful purchases.

If you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of placing it, if it has not already shipped it will be cancelled and refunded. Contact Bolita as soon as possible with your order number at hello@bolita.store or by using the contact form.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Oh no! If there is a problem with your order (arrives damaged or there are missing items) contact us right away at hello@bolita.store or via the contact form.

How long does it take to process my order?

We typically ship orders within 1-7 business days.

Where are products shipped from?

All orders are processed and shipped from the Bolita HQ in sunny California. Products not designed and created in-house are sourced from wholesale partners, delivered to our workspace and processed before being packaged and shipped with care.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your order, location and shipping service selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 1-14 days in the United States.

I submitted an incorrect shipping address, what should I do?

Contact Bolita as soon as possible at hello@bolita.store or by using the contact form. Please include your order number and correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, unfortunately we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If your package was shipped via USPS, you can attempt to redirect packages to a new address or hold them for pickup at a post office location using USPS Package Intercept. This service also offers a “return to sender” option and we can re-ship it back out to you. Please note that this service is not a guarantee, includes a fee, and can cause weeks of delayed delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We are not currently offering international shipping. Shipping to Canada coming soon!

Does Bolita do custom orders?

We do not take custom size orders or create personalized products. All items are ready to ship.

Are other sizes or quantities available than what is listed?

What is listed online is what we have available, some items may be restocked in the future. Bolita sizes and quantities are based on material availability as well as what is available from vendors. We do not offer made-to-order sizing at the moment or pre-orders.
