We do not accept returns or exchanges, all items are final sale. This policy helps us stay efficient as a small business with super limited inventory. We thank you for your thoughtful purchases.

If you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of placing it, if it has not already shipped it will be cancelled and refunded. Contact Bolita as soon as possible with your order number at hello@bolita.store or by using the contact form.

Oh no! If there is a problem with your order (arrives damaged or there are missing items) contact us right away at hello@bolita.store or via the contact form.

We typically ship orders within 1-7 business days.

All orders are processed and shipped from the Bolita HQ in sunny California. Products not designed and created in-house are sourced from wholesale partners, delivered to our workspace and processed before being packaged and shipped with care.

Shipping times may vary depending on your order, location and shipping service selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 1-14 days in the United States.

If the order has shipped, unfortunately we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If your package was shipped via USPS, you can attempt to redirect packages to a new address or hold them for pickup at a post office location using USPS Package Intercept. This service also offers a “return to sender” option and we can re-ship it back out to you. Please note that this service is not a guarantee, includes a fee, and can cause weeks of delayed delivery.

We are not currently offering international shipping. Shipping to Canada coming soon!

Some original Bolita designs may be available in made-to-order sizing. Please make sure you select the correct sizing and note if the product says it is made-to-order in the product description. The current turnaround time is 3-7 business days for items to be made and shipped out.

For 3rd party vendors (not Bolita) what is listed online is what we have available, some items may be restocked in the future. Some Bolita original designs may be available as made-to-order sizing with a turn around time of up to 7 business days. Bolita sizes and quantities are based on material availability as well as what is available from vendors.

You can submit a size request via this form to help us create and source products that are the right fit. Your submission helps us scale towards size inclusivity and supports our sustainability model when creating small-batch collections or buying from our partners.
